A helmet can make the difference between victory and defeat - and professional teams know this too.
When the MTN Qhubeka Pro Tour Team (known from the Tour de France) asked MET for an extremely light and aerodynamic helmet for sprinting, their engineers asked for a wish list. Many of these wishes seemed impossible at the time, but the engineers eventually succeeded in realising what had first seemed unrealistic.
The extremely aerodynamic and low profile of the Mantas allows the rider to save up to 10 watts in the wind tunnel at a speed of 50 Km/h.w
According to MET, the Manta is the lightest, closed aero helmet available with a weight of only 200 g (in size M).
