The asymmetrical design, the inmould construction and a guardian angel inside the ALPINA HAIRLEM make every ride through the city an experience - a safe one. With asymmetric air inlets on the forehead, matt solid colours and large air vents at the top, which form a guardian angel inside with the padding, the appearance is complete. The Run System Ergo Flex + is integrated so that the ALPINA HAIRLEM can be perfectly adapted to the head. With a turning wheel the size can be adjusted almost infinitely variable with a fine raster. The Urban helmet is manufactured in the Inmold process, in which the inner shell of Hi-EPS is foamed under the outer shell under high pressure and intense heat. The result is a light and safe helmet - for a relaxed ride through the city.

Inmold
In the Inmold production process the helmet upper shell made of polycarbonate is thermally bonded to the Hi-EPS inner shell of the helmet body under high heat and strong pressure. This creates a large-area and inseparable connection between the upper and lower shell. Advantage: The helmet is very light and at the same time extremely stable.

HI-EPS
The inner shell of all Alpina helmets is made of Hi-EPS (High Expanded Polystyrene). The material has microscopically small air chambers which absorb the forces that act on the helmet during an impact. Hi-EPS provides optimum protection and at the same time allows extra-thin wall thicknesses and narrow helmet shapes.
