The unique profile of the MICHELIN Wild ROCK'R² Advanced Reinforced offers the best possible compromise between excellent smooth running and excellent braking ability.
Advanced Technology The Advanced Technology tyres offer even better performance due to their characteristics: A special tread, a new rubber compound (GUM-X) and a new carcass structure (Reinforced Technology).
Reinforced Technology Thanks to the additional protective layer from wire to wire, MICHELIN Reinforced Technology makes the carcass even more resistant to damage on the sides and protects against punctures caused by shocks or punctures.
MICHELIN uses two types of folding cores for its bicycle tyres: flexible and hard folding cores. The flexible folding cores were invented and developed by MICHELIN and consist exclusively of aramid fibres, which are also used, for example, in bulletproof vests. This textile fibre is very resistant and lightweight, saving between 40 and 70 grams per tyre. MICHELIN's high performance road and mountain bike tyres all have flexible folding cores.
GumX Available for all tyres of the new MICHELIN Wild Grip'R Advanced and MICHELIN Wild Race'R Advanced Ultimate series. All of MICHELIN's many years of experience have been incorporated into the new rubber compounds, which offer mountain bikers an excellent balance between grip, mileage and durability.
